Missions work right here in Harrisonburg at Harrisonburg Health and Rehab Center. We lead the singing of old-time residents, similar to a Sunday Night Hymn Sing. The program begins with scripture reading, a short lesson, prayer, and then it’s thirty minutes of hymn request time.
We need people with any or all of the following gifts: singers, people willing to talk to the residents, hand out hymnals, play the piano or guitar. Time commitment required: One Thursday a month from 6:45-7:45.
For more information contact Claude Null 249-5537.

Ladies Prayer Meeting
We would love to have you come and join us for a time of prayer for our church, its people and its ministries. We meet the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Wednesday morning for a time of prayer followed by a brief time of fellowship together over a cup of tea. We are really informal so come as you are. We just want to spend time talk with God about the needs of our church and its people. Because we are informal, no long prayers are needed – just a time of shared conversation with God.
Gifts suited for the ministry: love for God’s people and his church, a desire to talk with Him with others.
Time Commitment: 10:00 am
2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th Wednesday mornings
Contact information: Betty Holmes 433-3631 or Marlene Webb 433-1325
